Engineer – Integration Design

Job Summary

The Engineer – Integration Design is responsible for supporting the design, development, testing, and maintenance of system integrations and APIs to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across internal and external platforms. The role works closely with senior team members to deliver integration solutions while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise integration technologies.

Job Objectives

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of system integrations and APIs.

• Ensure reliable connectivity between internal and external systems.

• Contribute to software quality, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop technical knowledge while supporting integration projects.

Job Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Support the design of system integrations, workflows, and technical documentation.

• Participate in reviewing existing systems and identifying improvement opportunities.

• Assist in preparing technical specifications and design documentation.

Development & Testing

• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of APIs and system integrations.

• Participate in software development activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in troubleshooting issues.

• Support software deployment and post-implementation activities.

• Maintain integration documentation and technical records.

• Follow software development standards and best practices.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions.

• Support internal teams and external partners in resolving integration-related issues.

• Assist in identifying process improvements and documenting technical recommendations.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous learning initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, system integration, or a related technical role.

• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

• Basic understanding of XML, JSON, and web services.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools is an advantage.

Soft Skills
