You will be responsible for overseeing the integration and verification of multiple functional systems into a cohesive test capability.
Job Objectives
Provide leadership, guidance, and operational support to the Tele Sales team to maximize sales performance, enhance customer experience, and contribute to the achievement of business growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Lead, motivate, and coach the Tele Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent performance against KPIs.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Tele Sales agents.
Team Performance & Development
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training needs and support continuous learning and skill development.
Foster a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
Ensure team members adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.
Customer Experience
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and professional service delivery.
Support the team in handling complex customer inquiries and escalations.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Operations & Reporting
Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and productivity metrics.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and performance dashboards.
Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are properly documented in the CRM system.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures.
Monitor adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and escalate operational risks and compliance concerns when required.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred.
Experience within the insurance industry is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Arabic required; English preferred.
