You will be responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business development initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

Support the development and execution of business development strategies to expand market presence, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of business growth strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Sales & Relationship Management
Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving business targets.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
Reporting & Performance
Track business development activities and sales performance.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline, opportunities, and market insights.
Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
